Welcome to our Italian journey and be ready for something very different. Our wine list is a journey unto itself, and our food is memorable. We have no freezers, microwaves, or deep fryers. Your food will be cooked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy. Our cooking is market-fresh – we shop daily for the freshest products that Pittsburgh and the Strip District have to offer.    Everything you find on our menu is made by skilled  hands in a style of cooking proven through the centuries. Zuppa - Insalata & Antipasti

Insalata della Casa mixed field greens, cranberries, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette. $5

Insalata con Pere  port-poached pear over field greens, almonds, & gorgonzola, dressed with cranberry balsamic vinaigrette. $8

Caramelized Fennel Salad  & seared pancetta over field greens with red wine shallot vinaigrette  & shaved parmesan cheese.  $9

Shrimp & White Beans oven-seared shrimp served over slow-cooked rosemary white beans.  $10

Calamari stuffed with pecorino cheese, pine nuts, golden raisins, ricotta,  and garlic over lemon basil cream. $9

Mussels steamed with diced tomatoes, onion, red chile peppers, parsley, garlic, & beer. $10

Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella oven seared and served with stewed tomato sauce & fresh pesto. $10
