Welcome to our Italian journey and be ready for something very different. Our wine list is a journey unto itself, and our food is memorable. We have no freezers, microwaves, or deep fryers. Your food will be cooked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy. Our cooking is market-fresh – we shop daily for the freshest products that Pittsburgh and the Strip District have to offer.    Everything you find on our menu is made by skilled  hands in a style of cooking proven through the centuries. Antipasti

Aglio al Forno (Oven Roasted Garlic) $4
The fire caramelizes the skins, making the garlic a soft, buttery mix of flavors. Fresh bread finishes this classic dish.


Fagioli al Fiasco (white bean tapenade) $5
White beans, garlic, olive oil and basil are packed in a flask and roasted slowly in the ashes of the fire.

Beans & Greens $6
Kale, cannelloni beans, garlic, olive oil.

Panko Scallops $8
Jumbo sea scallops covered with Panko and roasted in our oven, served over a basil curry cream

Prosciutto con Melone $6
prosciutto wrapped melon, with 15 year old balsamic.

Pesce Fresca (Whole Fish) Market Price
When we left the Strip this morning, we stopped by the fish market and found the freshest, most delicious fish available. We prepare it simply, and the oven cooks it perfectly. Served whole with oven roasted vegetables.

Tilapia $19
This delicate, white fish is marinated in soy and sesame, then baked on our brick oven. Served with black rice and fruit.

Bistecca Arrosto(Petit Filet) $26
Petit center cut filet mignon, oven roasted, over potato pancakes and topped with sautéed portabellas and veal demi glace.

Salmone Arrosto (Salmon) $20
A fresh salmon filet lightly seasoned and roasted perfectly in the wood-fired oven. Served over wilted spinach and potatoes.

Pollo Picatta $17
Sauteed chicken breast over orzo pasta and topped with a white wine, lemon, caper, butter sauce.

Pollo Arrosto (for two) $27
Whole roasted chicken stuffed with fresh herbs, lemon, and garlic. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Veal Scallopine con Carciofine e Limone $21
Veal cutlets seasoned and pan seared with baby artichokes and fresh lemon juice. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
