Welcome to our fresh Italian journey. All of our food is market-fresh from the Strip and cooked in our wood-fired oven imported from Italy in a style of cooking proven through the centuries. We also have an extensive Italian wine list and tasty desserts. Here are our offerings for your holiday needs. Contact Mary at 412-661-1050 to discuss your holiday party.

Lunch $12 per person
These items are available for in-house parties of 8 or more and also as lunch takeout for parties at your home or office. Soup and salad are also available. Coffee, hot tea, and soft drinks are included. Call and talk to us about your particular needs. 18% gratuity will be added to parties of 8 or more.

Create your own menu (choose up to three):
Big Fat Salad. Mixed greens, roasted chicken, gorgonzola, walnuts, cranberries
Greens and Beans. Kale, cannelini beans, garlic, olive oil.
Quiche of the Day. Fresh vegetable and meat quiche prepared daily.
Penne Bolognese. Rich and creamy meat sauce.
Chicken and Brie Panini. Chicken, Brie, and orange marmalade with mixed greens.
Pasta Della Casa. Artichoke, spinach, and roasted red pepper over linguine.
Roasted Salmon Salad. Fresh salmon, almonds, cranberries, parmesan, honey vinaigrette.


Dinner
Choose one of our plans for your function of 8 persons or more. All menus include house salads or soup (choose one), house-made bread, coffee, hot tea, and soft drinks. Our extensive selection of Italian wines is available to complement your meal. Additional appetizers may be available. Entrees from lower plans may be substituted in higher plans if you desire. Various desserts including Chocolate Oblivion, fresh pies, and Coconut Macaroons are also available for an additional charge. Per person charges do not include 18% gratuity for parties of 8 or more and a 10% deposit will be required. Pianissimo $25 per person.
Choice of.
Agnello alla Calabrese (Lamb Calabrese style). A rich tomato stew of lamb, with red and green peppers and olives slow roasted for hours. Over Polenta with mascarpone cheese.
Roasted Tilapia. This delicate white fish is lightly marinated in soy and sesame, roasted, and served over forbidden rice and roasted apples.
Penne Bolognese. Enrico’s rich and creamy bolognese sauce over penne pasta. Our house recipe simmered for hours. A wonderful, classic dish.

Mezzo Forte $29 per person
Appetizer: Fagioli al Fiasco (white bean tapenade). White beans, garlic, olive oil and basil slow roasted in the ashes of the fire.
Entrees:
Pork Chop. Bone-in pork chop roasted in our wood-fired oven. Served with Italian mashed potatoes, roasted winter vegetables, and our house fig-port demi glace.
Hazelnut Crusted Swordfish. Fresh swordfish steaks coated with chopped hazelnuts and toasted in our oven. Drizzled with basil curry cream atop Italian mashed potatoes.
Sausage-wrapped Chicken. Enrico’s house fig and apple sausage wrapped with a chicken breast and drizzled with golden raisin cream and roasted winter vegetables.

Fortissimo $38 per person
Appetizer: Biscotti-Crusted Scallops. Three jumbo sea scallops coated with biscotti crumbs and lightly roasted. Served with basil curry cream.
Entrees:
Roasted Tenderloin. Beef tenderloin crusted with rosemary and garlic and fire roasted to medium rare. Served with Italian mashed potatoes, gorgonzola, and Bordelaise.
Whole stuffed chicken. Our signature dish. A whole 3 to 4 pound chicken stuffed with whole figs, mushrooms, and garlic. Halved and accompanied by winter vegetables.
Gorgonzola Crusted Salmon. Fresh Atlantic salmon covered with gorgonzola cheese and shallow-poached. Served with roasted pepper and apple chutney with winter vegetables.
