Jason joined Enrico’s in 2005, and is a native of the Pittsburgh area. He attended the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. Here's what he has to say:

"Our main focus is freshness and variety. We have reduced our set menu to allow us to have a daily menu that will include many featured dishes along with wine pairings and featured wines by the glass and bottle. This will allow me to use the freshest and best quality ingredients everyday when I create the new, featured menu. We will also be able to take advantage of the variety of seasonal items we get from our local providers at their peak quality and freshness. Every day will be a new experience at Enrico's, with many different dishes and accompanying wines to choose from."
