Enrico's is a member of the Slow Food movement. We support the cause by using local & seasonal ingredients, including:
- the pasta we serve is locally made from Steve Salvi/FEDE, using only fresh and natural ingredients, no preservatives or fillers.-
- meat from Weiss Provisions on Smallman Street in the Strip District.
- the wood burned in our oven comes from local hardwood and fruitwood trees only, for the purist and most natural way to cook.
- over the summer, we will be using more produce from Penn Corners Farmers Alliance.
