This delicate, white flesh fish is marinated in soy and sesame, then baked on our brick oven. Served with black rice and fruit.

Nothing goes better with steak than fire.  Topped with gorgonzola, served with a Porcini Chianti glace and Italian mashed potatoes.

Spezzatino d’agnello (Lamb Stew) $18
A rich slow-roasted stew of braised lamb, onions, peppers, olives and rosemary.  Served with soft polenta and mascarpone.

Pollo Arrosto al Tokai (Roasted Chicken) $17
Double chicken breast, marinated in Calabrese chilis and Tokai, then slow-roasted in the oven.  Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Vitello Fiorentia al Chianti (Veal Chops)  $26
A beautiful double-cut veal chop, rubbed with oils, spices and roasted with our Porcini Chianti glace over soft polenta and shallots.

Salmone Arrosto (Salmon) $18
